What is Meditation?

One of the most important skills we can posses in our busy lives these days is that of being quiet and peaceful whatever the circumstances.

Meditation helps us find and connect with that calm and still place within. It allows us to still the ever chattering mind and so open the doorway to discover our true self and the innate wisdom which lies deep within.

Why Meditate?

Science is now confirming what yogis have known for millennia; that meditation is good for our health. Not only do studies show that meditation boosts the immune system, but brain scans suggest that it may be rewiring our brain to reduce stress.
